Install guide

1. Upload the files in the upload folder, in binary mode not ascii, to your server
2. Create a database and then change the configuration files to the correct settings.
3. Change files permission to 777 for "files", "cache", and the "upload folder".
4. Go to "http://yourwebsite.com/kayako_upload_folder/keygen.php" and fill in the correct info needed. Then create the key.php making sure you take away the forward / at the end and no WWW or http:// by making sure its your domain, not the domain and sub-folder.
5. Go to "http://yourwebsite.com/kayako_upload_folder/setup" and follow the normal instructions.
